Having purchased this older home, our clients realized the need to make some modifications to suit their family needs.

Upon our first site inspection, finding the front door was at the top of our list!
Years of poorly planted garden was preventing this gem from flaunting it's great original architecture, so rather than reinventing the appearance, we simply evolved its frontage to give it the inviting presence it deserved.

Removal of some of the garden exposed great brick walls that were a canvas to create an entry and private sunny courtyard.

The garage was modified into a rumpus room which was additionally screened by courtyard walls and connected to the new decking area.
