Ready for a change of place, this 1970's brick house became the new project for one of our valued clients. This tired house was begging for attention and had many great qualities that made it a renovation success story.

The interior layout was opened up and rearranged to create a physical connection to the northern private yard.

While the building profile remained similar, a freshened touch up to the exterior and a first floor addition allowed this house to take pride in its streetscape.

The original brick buttresses projecting from the building became a key part of the building design and were simply modernized.
